About You
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- Age 18 or older
- Physical abilities: Can move, bend, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
- Experience leading and training others
- Proficient with smartphones or tablets for recording work
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and build teams
- Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
