About the role

Play a crucial role in grocery stores nationwide, utilizing cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture and store essential data for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Lead and train team members
• Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Work independently and build successful teams
• Operate safely in a retail environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
• Experience leading and training people

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
