Benefits: Paid time offTraining & development Customer Service Representative / Production Support AlphaGraphics | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About The Role AlphaGraphics is looking for a dependable, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our print and marketing customers. This is a hybrid role: you'll handle customer needs at the front counter, by phone, and by email, and when production gets busy, you'll jump in to help the production team keep jobs on schedule. Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist walk-in customers, and answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionallyUnderstand customer needs and recommend the right products and services (printing, signage, banners, business cards, brochures, promotional items, etc.)Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments accuratelyReview customer files for print readiness and communicate any issuesFollow up on order status, pickups, and deliveriesResolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude Production Support Assist the production team during peak periods and rush deadlinesHelp with tasks such as printing, cutting, trimming, collating, binding, laminating, packaging, and order stagingLoad paper, replenish supplies, and keep work areas clean and organizedPerform quality checks to make sure finished jobs match order specifications Requirements Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, reliably and on timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person, by phone, and in writingStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWillingness and ability to assist in production when neededBasic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and to stand, bend, and move for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive pay of $15-$17 per hour, based on experience8 company-paid holidays per yearStable, full-time schedule with weekends offOn-the-job training in printing and production processesOpportunity to learn and grow within a respected national brandTeam-oriented, creative work environmentAlphaGraphics centers (locations) are independently owned and operated.
