Retail Custom Frame Manager Full Time

About the role

Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions for art.

Responsibilities

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
• Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve and manage team KPIs and frame team performance.
• Review sales and production workload, build plans, and manage sales floor time for networking.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Support with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training of new Team members; participate in Talent Development and Performance Management activities.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.
• Participate in truck un-loading and stocking processes to ensure compliance with standards and budget.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to maintain a safe environment.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes.

Requirements

Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience preferred. Retail management experience and previous leadership experience in a sales team are preferred.

Qualifications

Ability to move throughout the store, stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills. Leadership and coaching abilities. Ability to manage inventory and execute safety programs.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $14.00 - $19.60

Schedule

Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.
