In this dynamic role, you’ll assist with customer events, collaborate with your management team on sales strategies, and act as an ambassador for your product line. Responsibilities

• Sell cosmetics merchandise and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service by fulfilling customers’ merchandise needs.
• Maintain the appearance of the selling floor and stock area.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and transactions while adhering to company policies.
• Track daily and weekly sales and complete reports.
• Stay aware of advertised merchandise and promotions.
• Maintain stock by assisting in receiving, straightening, and replenishing merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong cosmetics sales experience (preferred).
• Sales-driven with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS terminal and telxon.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
