Responsibilities

• Sell cosmetics merchandise and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service by fulfilling merchandise needs and maintaining the appearance of the selling floor and stock area.
• Complete all paperwork and transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
• Track daily and weekly sales, and complete required reports.
• Maintain awareness of advertised merchandise and promotions.
• Assist in receiving, straightening, and replenishing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong cosmetics sales experience preferred.
• Passion for working with customers, sales-driven mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS terminal and telxon.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
