Responsibilities
- Aid the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely report completion.
- Model Ollie’s core values and behaviors in providing exceptional customer and associate service.
- Ensure store standards, seasonal plans, inventory processes, and company programs align with operational expectations.
- Develop and implement talent planning strategies to support associate growth.
- Manage proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal hours.
- Valid Driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Safe working environment.
