Retail Co-Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid the Store Team Leader in managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely report completion.
• Ensure exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences through demonstration of Ollie’s core values.
• Develop and execute talent planning to support associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed and any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal hours.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Safe working manner required.
