About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the retail shop, ensuring smooth operations, developing guest loyalty, providing superb customer service, and responding to guest requirements. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory and perform duties related to stocking.
• Maintain orderly and neat presentation of retail merchandise.
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor.
• Perform duties related to opening and closing the retail shop.
• Monitor and report any operational issues with the retail shop.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with all departments and excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the shop and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a workstation for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity to use office equipment, including computers, calculators, and multi-line telephones.
