Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and setup of new retail customers and distribution centers.
- Cook internal readiness to support successful customers and product launches.
- Ensure smooth transition from business award to operational execution.
- Act as execution lead once customer business is secured.
- Serve as primary execution contact supporting retail accounts.
- Ensure customer commitments are delivered consistently across internal teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting service, supply, or customer satisfaction.
- Cook activities across retail sales, supply chain, customer service, logistics, and manufacturing sites.
- Drive timely resolution of execution or supply challenges impacting customers.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and service delivery to customers.
- Monitor execution performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support account teams in delivering strong customer experience and long-term partnerships.
- Understand and place in practice appropriate safety procedures.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting retail customers within food or CPG businesses.
- Direct experience working with refrigerated or frozen retail product categories required.
- Experience coordinating execution across supply chain, customer service, and manufacturing teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Experience working with national and regional grocery retailers.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding and product launch execution preferred.
- Experience understanding of retail customer execution within refrigerated and frozen food categories.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver consistent execution and customer performance.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- High level of ownership and accountability, with a customer-focused approach to delivering excellence.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.

- BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.

Pay
The base salary for this position ranges from a low of $119,480 to a maximum of $179,220, with offers typically between the low and middle of the range, based on education, skills, experience and internal equity among other factors. This role is also eligible to participate in the company annual discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
Schedule
This role requires 10% domestic travel.
