About the role

The Retail Brand Experience Associate plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experiences. They engage in daily in-person and digital sales activities, ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing, and assist with event planning and customer feedback collection.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and expertise
• Resolve customer experience issues and provide exceptional service
• Record and relay customer feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with various teams to improve operations and service
• Assist with planning and executing events and community programs
• Conduct sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments
• Manage the daily workload of responding to customer emails

Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. and stand for long periods

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus potential monthly bonus. This is a full-time position based in Bellevue, WA, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
