Retail Branch Manager

About the role

The Retail Branch Manager I position at Woodforest National Bank is responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and managing a team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or a combination of a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, along with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services.
• Create a positive culture and motivate staff to achieve profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives.
• Grow business deposits and loans through outside and inside business calling.
• Enhance customer experience and build the bank's reputation by greeting, engaging, and developing relationships with retail partners and customers.
• Lead and execute a community engagement strategy with a Community Development Relationship Manager.
• Inspire and lead team members to reach their full potential.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous instore banking experience preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
