Retail Beverage Merchandiser

This field‑based position supports grocery stores and other beverage outlets throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano and Napa Counties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
• Reliable personal automobile transportation
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
• Auto insurance coverage meeting company and state minimums
• Ability to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (preferred)

Pay

$24.50 per hour + overtime

Schedule

Full‑time with a 5:00 am – 6:00 am start time; five days per week, includes weekends
