Retail Backroom (Production) Associate - Softlines

Responsibilities

• Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories
• Pricing items using our guide and identifies high-value goods
• Meets daily production goals and quality standards
• Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items
• Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed
• Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed

Qualifications

You are detail-oriented and efficient, a team player who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work. You are physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly and someone who lives our values: Own It, Dare to Excel, Be Bold, Be Extraordinary, Win Together.

Skills

• Ability to assess item quality and value
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires)

Pay

$16.00–$17.00/hour based on experience, skills, and education. We regularly review our pay and benefits to stay competitive!
