Job Summary

Join a mission-driven team where your work helps transform lives and communities! As a Retail (Backroom) Production Associate, you will sort donations, price items, transport donations, and assist at the donation door.

What You’ll Do

• Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories
• Pricess items using our guide and identifies high-value goods
• Mets daily production goals and quality standards
• Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items
• Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed
• Affords at the donation door and moves donations as needed

• Physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly

What You Bring

• Ability to assess item quality and value
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires)

Compensation

$16.00–$17.00/hour based on experience, skills, and education
