Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive money for purchases and calculate customers' change, may operate cash register depending on the marina.
- Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expediting any and all requests from vessels.
- Greet customers courteously and sell merchandise to them.
Education and Experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.
- General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency.
- Must have a flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season.
