Retail Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive money for purchases and calculate customers' change, may operate cash register depending on the marina.
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expediting any and all requests from vessels.
• Greet customers courteously and sell merchandise to them.

Education and Experience

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.
• General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency.
• Must have a flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season.
