About the Role

The Skin Care Coach role involves coaching guests into a personalized skin care training program and supporting our Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) throughout the day. You'll connect with regular guests and help them transition into our skincare routine, while also building relationships with new guests.

Responsibilities

• Coach guests into a personalized skin care training program
• Support Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) throughout the day
• Connect with regular guests and help them transition into our skincare routine
• Build relationships with new guests on their first visit
• Use a sense of humor, natural curiosity, and empathy to make guests feel welcome
• Set personal goals with managers and trainers
• Take responsibility and learn other areas of the company
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community on social media platforms
• Create visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories using Canva
• Implement marketing and promotion efforts
• Coach the krew to meet goals and exceed expectations
• Foster a fun atmosphere with a supportive group of fellow krew members

Requirements

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Design visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories using Canva
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care
• Innovative trouble-shooters who think on their feet and provide customer-oriented solutions
• Frontline motivators who continuously coach their krew to meet goals and exceed expectations

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service oriented role

Schedule

• Part-time availability with both weekend days available
• Full 8-hour shifts in availability
• Weekend shifts include: 10:00a-6:00p
• Weekday shifts include: 2:30p-8:00p
