Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them.
  • Stay informed about the product line and maintain a sharp store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Show up energetically and positively, fostering a welcoming environment for all customers and colleagues.
  • Model integrity in all interactions, meeting our elevated standards and communicating honestly.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
