Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
  • Guide consumers to the products that inspire them
  • Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure the store is ready for business
  • Engage with consumers and teammates to create a positive shopping experience

Requirements

  • Lead with service and integrity
  • Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
  • Passion for sports and fitness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
