Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a sharp store appearance and ensure all merchandise is displayed correctly.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where consumers feel seen and supported.
  • Model integrity and reliability in all interactions with consumers and teammates.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 (U.S.).
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
