Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find the right products for their lifestyle.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Engage with consumers and teammates, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all interactions.

Requirements

• Lead with service and consumer-centric behavior.
• Have a strong understanding of the Nike product line and its features.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Pay
