Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the store is sharp and ready for business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all customers feel seen and supported.
• Model integrity in every interaction, meeting our elevated standards and communicating honestly.

Requirements

• Lead with service and consumer focus.
• Have a strong understanding of the Nike product line.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Pay
