About the Role

As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you embody the “Just Do It” spirit, helping consumers find products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, collaborating with a team to deliver an exceptional Nike store experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve consumers by understanding their needs and guiding them to the right products.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Build brand trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule

Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with overnight positions working between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Expected hours are:

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.50
