Retail House of Cleats Associate
About the role
The House of Cleats Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by engaging in high levels of service and through the execution of product and presentation standards. Engage in behaviors that align with the Company's customer service and selling program, ensuring all athletes have an outstanding store experience.
Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing, and signing execution to maintain established presentation standards. Promote Company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, listen attentively, and provide instructions
- Ability to meet federal and state requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
