Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete - known as Athletes - you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help our consumers discover the product that inspires them - from living rooms to locker rooms - to move, dream, and dare.

Responsibilities

• Serve like a pro to help our consumers discover the product that inspires them.
• Build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
• Work shifts between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, or 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, depending on the store's timezone.
• Provide discounts up to 50% off for you and eligible family members, from Nike, Converse, and Jordan.

Requirements

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50.

Schedule

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week
