Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them.
• Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs, but always as part of a team.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they have the best possible shopping experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service focus.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, regardless of their background or experience level.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Qualifications

• Pass an online assessment to demonstrate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Knowledge of Nike products and the ability to recommend appropriate items.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.00.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
