Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs, while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance and helps them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
  • Communicate effectively with both consumers and colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Lead with service and integrity.
  • Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Nike brand and its products.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods of time.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
