Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving customers in a professional manner.
• Guide consumers to the products that inspire them, from living rooms to locker rooms.
• Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the store is always ready for the next customer.
• Engage with customers to create memorable experiences and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Nike products and the ability to recommend them effectively.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sports and fitness.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
