Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them.
• Stay informed about the product line and maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with consumers and teammates, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Pass an online assessment to demonstrate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling to accommodate department and store/company needs, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
