Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, helping them discover products that inspire them.
• Work with your team to maintain a sharp and welcoming store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.
