Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs, but always show up with optimism and hunger for the collective win.
  • Lead with service, understanding and guiding consumers to the gear that elevates their performance.
  • Ensure the store is sharp by knowing the product and keeping it organized.
  • Hit your goals and move with purpose, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old (U.S.).

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.

Schedule
