Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find the right products for their lifestyle.
• Keep the store sharp by maintaining cleanliness, organizing merchandise, and ensuring all products are displayed correctly.
• Hit your goals and move with purpose, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Create a welcoming environment where consumers feel seen and supported, fostering a sense of community within the store.
• Show up for your teammates, providing support and encouragement to help them succeed.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Understand and obsess over consumer needs.
• Know the product and its details.
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Qualifications

• Pass an online assessment to demonstrate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
