Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs, while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they have the best possible shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers, maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with consumers and teammates, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Lead with service and understanding of consumer needs.
  • Have a strong grasp of the product line and its features.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, high traffic retail environment.
  • Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
  • Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
