Responsibilities

This candidate will be responsible for helping ensure an enjoyable community atmosphere for our clientele.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail
• Desired experience in service industry & event management
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high quality standards
• Experience with POS, Square desirable
• Experience with Inventory management and tracking
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with high-profile clients/athletes
• Interest in sports desirable
• TCG knowledge desirable

Physical Requirements

• Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods of time
• Occasionally bend, stoop, or ascend stairs in an office environment
• Lift and carry items such as laptops, monitors, and small office equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Navigate a typical office setting, including attending in-person meetings or collaborating across departments

Pay

The anticipated annual salary range for this position based upon location in Rochester, NY and experience is $18 - $20 per hour.
