Responsibilities

• Handling customer needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance in a courteous manner.
• Supporting retail success by executing daily operational tasks.
• Ensuring product availability.
• Completing shipment, replenishment, and inventory procedures on time.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work background preferred.
• Comfortable using basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong soft skills: customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
