Retail Associate - Part Time

Role Overview This position involves delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services. Responsibilities include contributing to store goals in sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and inventory management, as well as handling customer service needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance. It requires executing daily operational tasks like shipment processing, replenishment, merchandise setup, and inventory procedures to support retail success. Qualifications & Skills Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work combination. Comfort with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices, is necessary. Flexibility in availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Soft skills such as customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.
