About the role

Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Their role involves creating energy and excitement around our products and services, focusing on customer needs and building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.
  • Aid the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
  • Build proficiency in customer service and best-in-class customer experience.
  • Collaborate with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships, being accountable for the company’s success.
  • Provide a positive and engaging customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full-time (40 hours).

Qualifications

  • Effective in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both with your team and customers.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.
