About the role

The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

  • Support the service side of our stores by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with the backroom product flow function (production) by managing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
