About the role
The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with the backroom product flow function (production) by managing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
