The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities
- Support store operations by ensuring smooth customer service and merchandise flow.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Collaborate with store associates to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
