Retail Associate Manager

Description

The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by ensuring smooth customer service and merchandise flow.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Collaborate with store associates to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
