About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations to ensure smooth customer service and efficient product flow.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory management and customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
