Retail Associate - Inventory

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed.

This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders when needed. You’ll lift and carry items up to 25 pounds while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established average-per-hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
• Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in your abilities through demonstrated expertise.
• Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work varied, traditional, and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable but not required. No degree is needed. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Pay
