Retail Associate - Inventory

Starting wage: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with performance-based increases of up to $5.00 per hour.

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This is an active, part-time role that rewards hard work with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for increased earnings based on productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork

Physical requirements

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently
• Climb ladders when needed
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or similar experience is valuable but not required. No degree needed. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
