Retail Associate - Hourly - Stores

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our dynamic team in the stores. This is an hourly position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with store policies.
• Avoid theft by following security procedures and reporting suspicious activity.
• Assist with store operations including opening and closing the store, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
