Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all guests, internal as well as external.
• Multitask proficiently while promoting Guest Service culture.
• Build quality guest relationships to increase sales and repeat business.
• Achieve daily/monthly/annual budgetary goals through knowledge, service, and repeat sales/business.
• Assist with inventories to ensure a complete and accurate count of merchandise.
• Be professional, courteous, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Be proficient in register transactions and adapt to new technology.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English effectively.
• Have a clear, pleasant speaking voice and effective communication skills.
• Successfully complete a math test and writing sample.
