Retail Associate - Donor Door Attendant

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is hiring full-time Donation Receiving Associates for their new store in Mentor, Ohio. We are looking for team players with great customer service skills, who treat others respectfully, and put people first.

Responsibilities

• Assist community members when they donate goods at our stores.
• Unload donations from vehicles.
• Offer tax receipts to donors.
• Maintain accurate daily donation counts.
• Begin presorting items into categories.
