Retail Associate

Position Overview

As a Retail Associate at LEGOLAND® New York Resort, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily retail operations throughout the park.

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Aid guests in finding and selecting merchandise
• Provide accurate product information, including pricing, promotions, and availability
• Address guest questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally

Sales & Transactions

• Operate POS systems and process cash, credit, and other payments accurately
• Complete sales transactions efficiently
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to park policies

Store Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
• Replenish shelves, displays, and fixtures throughout the day
• Ensure product tagging, pricing, and digital labels are accurate
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Availability: Weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive team player
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay

The pay range for this position is USD $16.25/Hr.
