Primary Functions
- Completes orientation/training program
- Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
- Notify shift leads when inventory is low
- Obtain merchandise requested by customer
- Calculate and apply discounts to determine price
- Answer customer questions regarding location, price, and use of parts or merchandise
- Accept payment and provide change
- Perform opening/closing duties
- Bags merchandise for customers
- Clean shelves, counters, cabinets, floors, and front face merchandise
- Test water samples provided by customers and provide detailed instructions
- Up-sell merchandise as opportunities arise
- Answer phones and direct calls

Qualifications/Skills
