About the role

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Fabletics Retail Store at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values through self-accountability
• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store Associates
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store environment
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
• Maintain all safety and security standards
• Participate in providing feedback to improve the business
• Multi-task, set priorities, and work under pressure
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment
• Prior retail management experience is a plus
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices
• Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners
• Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Comfortable with ambiguity and initiative-taking
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
