Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge and experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various temperatures
• At least 2 years of store leadership experience
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting and carrying of merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing safely
• Performing repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes and tagging items
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working in varying temperature conditions
